I have been having Pilates classes with Hayley for 3 years. After 2 children she has helped me find my core again. Her classes are small so she can focus her attention to you individually (sometimes not welcome first thing on a Monday morning!), but also enabling us to work at different levels within the group without wasting time.

The thing I like best about Hayley's classes is that they are different every week, so they never become boring.  Hayley focuses on the small group of people in each class and manages to find different exercises, sometimes incorporating equipment such as pilates rings, foam rollers  and prickle balls, to interest and challenge everyone week after week

Hayley’s are the best pilates classes I have ever attended.  The personal attention Hayley gives to everyone in her small private classes is second to none.  She has worked wonders on my back problems with her excellent advice and genuine care. Thanks a million Hayley!

I have attended classes through training for the London marathon which was key to getting my body in perfect condition alongside such intensive running. Hayley is so thorough and versatile that she also taught me through my pregnancy in order to keep my body at it's best and brought my core back to full strength post baby. Nine years ago I started Pilates Classes with Hayley, a testimonial to how fantastic her classes are in itself & the longest I have stuck at anything!  Her attention to detail, ensuring technique is accurate, her passion for continually updating her knowledge – from Ante/post natal to back complaints, and her small intimate classes, ensures that every client gets 110% out of every class. I can’t recommend Hayley’s classes more highly. I would say to anyone who is thinking of trying a Pilates class, to go to Hayley. You’ll never look back, i didn’t.

I have been attending Hayley’s pilates classes for 7 years or so. A real plus point are the small classes and hence the individual attention that Hayley can give; you can’t get away with doing an exercise incorrectly!   Classes seem to be carefully planned with a good variety of exercises each week. She is great at offering advice on my ache and pain of the week and tailors the exercises appropriately; she also offers advice on do’s and don’ts to aid recovery.  I would always recommended Hayley’s classes to anyone who is interested in pursuing pilates

Hayley works to each attendee’s personal needs, taking into account injuries and ongoing health issues.Personally, I suffer from sciatica, but have found the approach Hayley has to my personal problem very reassuring. Her technique and exercises’ have been very beneficial for me and have helped me strengthen my core, thus improving my posture and easing the pain.

I took pilates classes with Hayley during my second pregnancy. There was a very friendly and focused atmosphere in the classes, and Hayley managed to give each person plenty of individual attention. She always tailored the level and complexity of the exercises to my ability and stage of pregnancy. It was a great way to stay strong and keep moving.

Hayley's classes are great - small, friendly in a great environment. The classes content is different every week, some classes I've been to in the past are stale and repetitive so it's really refreshing to focus on different moves and areas each time. Hayley is so friendly and it's brilliant to have someone correcting you if you are not quite in the right position and giving you tips on how to get the best from the class.

I have trained with Hayley over the last 7 years. She has helped through pre and post pregnancy and more recently post ankle surgery. No class is ever the same and she is always able to adapt classes to individual needs with ease. I look forward to Mondays and always feel energised after a class (it's not always easy but always entertaining). Professional, varied and fun!

Whilst I was pregnant Hayley would gear the exercises to my ability & the stage of pregnancy I was. She always pitched the exercises just right, the exercises were challenging enough to feel that you\'d done a class but never too much.  After my baby I returned to Hayley's Pilates class & the exercises got tougher
